Apple Grilled Cheese Sandwich

 Apple Grilled Cheese Sandwich 

 Servings: 1 sandwich 

 Ingredients: 

2 slices whole wheat bread
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup thin sliced apple
Cooking spray

 Instructions: 

 Assemble the sandwich by sprinkling half of the shredded mozzarella cheese on one slice of bread. Top with apple slices, remaining shredded cheese and slice of bread. Place a medium skillet over medium heat. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Add the sandwich to the skillet. Cover, and cook for 3 minutes on each side, allowing the cheese to melt. Be careful not to burn. Serve immediately and enjoy!
