Citrus Harmony Salad

Ingredients:

 

1 large ruby pink grapefruit

3 naval oranges

¼ cup honey

2 tablespoons lime juice

¼ teaspoon ground cardamom

Instructions:

Peel fruit. Place individual segments in a bowl. Drain excess juices into a small saucepan. Add honey, lime juice, and cardamom to saucepan. Mix often while bringing to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Once cool, pour over fruit mixture and gently fold in so that all fruit is coated. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
